The Pension Plans offer complete flexibility in the contributions and the participants can decide whether they want to make them in a single payment or periodically (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and with a constant or growing amount. In all events the contributions may be increased, reduced and even suspended at any time with complete freedom. Also, extraordinary contributions can be made whenever you like. WHAT BENEFITS DOES IT OFFER? Retirement: Payment of the capital formed upon retirement, consisting of the contributions made and revenue these produce. Death: Payment of a capital in the event of death of the participant, formed by the contributions made in the plan and the revenue these are producing. Disability: Payment of a capital equivalent to the fund accrued until the time when permanent, absolute or professional disability is recognised. CAN THE CAPITAL BE USED IN ADVANCE? The availability of the consolidated rights is limited to the following: Retirement, at least after the age of 60 if the participant does not have access to a retirement status. Absolute or professional disability or death. Long-term unemployment, this being understood as the legal state of unemployment of a participant for a continuous period of at least 12 months. Serious illness accredited by medical certificate. *The coverage may vary depending on what company is chosen. |
