How to eliminate problems when declaring an auto accident

1. Complete all items of the Friendly Declaration.
2. Write in very clear print, and if possible in capital letters.
3. You must state the date, time and place.
4. You must indicate the registration number and insurance company of both parties.
5. Correctly mark the tables defining the circumstances of the accident.
6. The report must be signed by all parties involved.
7. If in doubt, call the police to draw up a police report.
8. Check that the insurance receipt of the contrary vehicle is in force.
9. State the personal particulars of the insured persons and drivers.
10. Send the respective copies of the friendly declaration to the insurance companies (agent, office, etc.) as soon as possible.

If all this is strictly fulfilled, the processing of the claim will be as brief as possible.
