Compulsory Public Liability Third party damage in accordance with current law. Voluntary Public Liability This guarantee will act as complement to the Compulsory Public Liability. Assistance at sea Guarantees assistance, towing or salvage of the boat, and attendance to persons. Theft Disappearance of the boat and damage caused in attempted robbery. Total loss or abandonment Compensation will be paid for total loss or abandonment of the boat, including salvage expenses. Personal losses Compensation will be paid for personal losses to the boat at sea as consequence of impact, collision, running aground, fire, high seas... Other fortuitous damage Fortuitous damage to the boat during its transport by rail or private car with trailer, and also stay at port, warehouse, running aground on beach... Personal effects The damages caused in the belongings will be reimbursed if takes place robbery, spoliation and total loss or abandonment. Legal Protection Provision of legal advisory services. Bodily accidents Direct consequences of accidents suffered when sailing and also when boarding or disembarking will be compensated. * The coverage may vary depending on what company is chosen. |
